Sony New Zealand seems to test how well visitors spot new product releases on their site with this new E-series walkman players. The NWZ-E435, NWZ-E436, NWZ-E438 appears on Sony’s New Zealand site without an official announcement on the release. Featuring a 262K color 2.0-inch TFT display having a 50g weight with its slim 8.5 mm design.

Some of the features spotted by Sonyinsider, is the drag and drop capability of the players for music and video transferring supporting MP3/AAC/WMA codec as well as playing video on MPEG-4. Battery life is at normal range compared to other MP3 players having a maximum of 76 hours(1150 songs) at 48Kbps and no more than 12 hours on 175 songs at 320Kbps. Video playback time can reach at 3-5 full time movies or 8 hours at 384 Kbps.
