Actually this is just about the launch of Snart, err Smart “Uzzap” - claiming to be the first RP mobile all in one messaging service. An application to your mobile phone that enables you to chat, email and send SMS messages via this application that needs to be installed on your phones. It uses the 3G connectivity to access internet and use the application.

Catch? Yes, of course you need to pay for a flat rate fee to use this service at around Php 25 for 1 day 100 free SMS, email and chat, Php 150 for 500 SMS, chat and email and Php 400 for 2000 free SMS with chat and email. Just to try it out, Snart, err Smart is having a trial period from July 6- 20, 2008 for free 10 SMS per day using Uzzap. Flat rate mean, you will not be charge with your 3G usage but just to be sure check your load first before using Uzzap.

Oh by the way, is it intentionally misspelled on their press release the word “Smart”? I do misspell words for traffic purposes but for press release, hmmn, maybe!
