We know the fact that Paypal can have your account limited for some transactions that sounds to be fraudulent. But it seems this is not the case for me, got my account access limited and have only checked it today due to five (5) days of no internet connections using an Smartbro (provider in philippines-that is another story of poor support). The main reason for account limitation at least on what the email and on the account is telling is due to further account verification.
Paypal wants me to upload new verification documents for security purposes. All my transactions online are within their rules like buying on ebay many times and withdrawing the funds to my local bank account with my own name. It is quite amusing though that if you can withdraw to a local bank account with your name indicated as a beneficiary why do they need to have an additional verification? It is quite redundant though where before you can withdraw you paypal account and bank account name must be the same to process the withdrawal request or I might just missing something here.
Seems that Philippines users are now being randomly selected to have their account re-verified by requiring an additional identification. Well, to cut the story short, all I need to to is comply.

So what happened? Did it stay limited for six months or were you able to delimit it?
