Last weekend I saw my sites not showing up the ads I have placed using asiacenturyph.com ads, I have already mentioned that I am testing it on few other site of mine, the problem lies on the expiration of the domain name that is supposed to be renewed last July 12, 2008.

Got an email from one of their support with the email detailed below.

You might have notice that some of our ads have not been showing during the weekend
or that you might have had a problem with the login on our website at
www.asiacenturyph.com We would like to apologize for that and make sure that this
will not happen again.

It seems that when they updated our record on the date of the renewal, some dns
servers have not been updated from pldt and globe. Most people have had no problem,
but to make sure you do not suffer any lose from not getting sign ups or leads, we
will add 150 pesos to the payment of your account this month.

It seems that they will compensate the lost days with an additional of Php 150.00 for in this month revenue. Not bad, and will try to add again the ads on some my sites after removing it due to the problem encountered.
