Lenovo announced its IdeaPad S10 Netbook PC. Netbooks performs most of the tasks like surfing the net, emails, music and execute basic application without the need of an extensive resource. It will be powered by Intel 1.6 GHz Atom CPU having a 1.1 Kg weight.

Features includes 10.2 inch screen , 512MB/1GB RAM, 80GB/160GB HDD, 1.3 Megapixel Camera, Wifi, a 4-in-1 multicard reader, Express Card slot, and pre-installed Windows XP operating system.

Price at around $399 for 512MB memory/80GB combination and $499 at 1GB/160GB combination, scheduled release for early October.
