HTC Corp, announced today its new Smartphone S740 offering providing power, usability and simple key control. Designed with sliding QWERTY keyboard and standard 12-key with 2.4-inch TFT LCD QVGA display.

Other features includes 3.2 Megapixel camera, microSD card slot for storage expansion, mobile internet using HSDPA and Wi-Fi with a maximum download speed of 7.2 Mbps, second camera for video calling, GPS/AGPS for navigation, and powered by Qualcomm® MSM7225, 528 MHz processor. It is a quadband phone at GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and having a dimension of 116.3 x 43.4 x 16.3 mm.
