Ebay Philippines adds automatic payments option to seller for listing items for sale on Ebay Philippines. Currently Ebay Philippines does not charge seller for listing their items for sale, auction or fixed price. But for enhanced listing and to be featured on ebay philippines frontpage, you will be charged with an additional fee that vary based on the additional enhancement features you might add.

To pay for this additional features that you want to add for your listing Ebay Philiipines included below options in order to pay for this additional features. Quoted from Ebay Philippines announcement.

Automatic payments via credit card
eBay.ph sellers will be able to place a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on file for the automated monthly deduction of seller fees in Philippines Pesos. More details can be found here.

Over-the-counter cash and cheque
eBay.ph sellers will be able to pay their selling fees over-the-counter via cash or cheque at any Banco De Oro (BDO) branch. To ensure your payment is processed quickly and accurately, please print and submit an eBay payment coupon with your payment at a BDO branch or BDO on-site branch near you.

What about those for buyers? There are lots of ebay listing that only accepts payments through Gcash, Smartmoney or Cebuana that protection to buyers seems to be slim. This is just another story though!
